Refund and Cancellation Policy

This policy explains how subscriptions to Utilities Pro are cancelled and how refund requests are handled. The Service is operated by Monmaks d.o.o., Montenegro. Payments are processed by our reseller Paddle.com, which acts as the Merchant of Record.

Subscription model

Utilities Pro is a recurring monthly subscription billed at €9.90 per month (excluding any applicable taxes, which are calculated and collected by Paddle at checkout). The subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period until it is cancelled.

Cancelling your subscription

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard or by contacting us at office@monmaks.me. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period. You will not be charged again after that date.

Your access to Pro features continues until the end of the billing period you have already paid for. After that, your account is automatically downgraded to the Free plan and remains available under Free-plan limits. Cancelling does not delete your account or your published flipbooks.

30-day money-back guarantee

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on Utilities Pro. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date. Refunds are issued to the original payment method by our Merchant of Record, Paddle.

Free and Anonymous plans

The Free plan and Anonymous publishing are provided at no cost, so no refunds apply to those tiers. Usage limits for each plan are described on our Pricing page.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Changes apply to subscriptions and orders placed after the updated policy comes into effect.
